Opsview 3 released!

Opsera are proud to announce the release of Opsview 3.0!

We've been working really hard on migrating Opsview to Nagios 3 and we've just started to scratch the surface of its ability. Due to popular demand, we've also integrated Nagvis which gives another view on your status data.

Highlights include:

  • Nagios 3
  • Nagvis integrated*
  • NDOutils updated
  • Improvements to Data Warehouse
  • Automatic creation of slave node and cluster node checks when using distributed monitoring
  • Enhanced performance graphing framework
  • Performance tuning, including faster reloads
  • Better 'out of the box' configuration

* Nagvis is not supported on RHEL 4 or CentOS 4 since these distributions do not incorporate PHP 5. We will be phasing out support for these distributions in later Opsview releases.

Thanks to Steve Huff for contributions that we used in this release.
