Changes include:
- New packages for Debian Lenny
- New ACL system with finer controls including access over RRDGraphs and Viewports
- New 'View some, change none' role

- Better memory management of FastCGI processes
- Nagvis updated to 1.4.1
- Improvements to network device interface checks via SNMP to allow for larger devices to be monitored
